There were times over the last few seasons I thought about dropping this series, but there was always a little something that would bring me back. The cast is stellar, lead by the great William H. Macy. It was amazing to see this cast grow and change over the last 11 years. I had hoped Fiona would return before the end but apparently real life Covid19 restrictions prevented that.
The final season has been great and at times sad as we watch Frank Gallagher dealing with alcoholic dementia and finally Covid19.
I’m glad I stuck with the series and I am sad to see it go.
